Return & Exchange Policy

• Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.

• If the product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours for compensation.

• To request a return or for any inquiries, please contact us via the available channels.

Exchange or Return for Manufacturing Defects:

• If an error occurs on kkperfumessa’s side, such as missing items or receiving the wrong product, the customer will not bear shipping fees.

• Once we receive the product and verify its condition, the customer may choose one of the following:

  • Refund: Receive the product value via bank transfer within 14 business days.

  • Exchange: Replace the defective product with a new one of the same value, or pay the price difference if exchanging for a product of different value.
